yeah...surprisingly i am back onboard MT BUNGA MELATI SATU...after only a day at home....well the office decide to sent me away for probation...2 months of understudyfor cargo operation..and since they deemed myself as a hazard for ship operation..i wasnt put under any watchkeeping duties...
yeah...fine lah...janji ada uang masuk bank bulan2...being a day worker also not that bad...keje je kena kuat eh....
but the issue that occured from the operation at pasir gudang really gave me a lesson...
it shows that people do make mistakes...and any corporation doesnt want mistakes (shall i say we should be godlike - god never make mistake what)...and mistakes can cost a lot of monies...unfathomable by our own bank accounts....(to that extent...nothing happened in my case..but the exaggeration are obvious...)
and its not only my mistakes solely although they want it looks like it is mine alone while in reality they should take some blame also ape..so much for a so called blaming and pointing fingers culture...but who the hell i am...just an employee who cant say nothing and hangguk kapla saja...
the truth is....i was demoralized....i`ve lost my momentum...and i felt like angkat kaki ke kompeni lain kerna keciwa....
but among my fellow mate`s and seniors most of em suggested that i should stay in this glorious corporation....
well im thinking the other way around...and many thanks for the advice that were given to me...
hell....macam korang paham je ape jadah aku taip nih...ngahahhaaa.....
hahahhaa....
anyway...im doing my time at Satu right now....when i`ll be back...?
god knows when...
